The Seen: 2012 Year in Review
Since fall 2011, Otherwise has been building The Seen, the official blog for Expo Chicago. We created The Seen to reflect a world-class art fair on a global stage. To welcome the New Year, we have spotlighted the most memorable posts from the last 12 months.
In September 2012, we experienced the inaugural edition of the fair. Through The Seen, we built excitement around the fair, generated interest on the part of galleries and established Chicago as a destination for the international art market. Throughout 2012, we toured artists’ studios, showcased video interviews with gallerists from the fair, reviewed major museum exhibitions and covered important international art news.
