For more than 25 years, Interactive Health has provided workplace health programs for organizations that understand the importance of nurturing employee health. Their focus is on driving impact for our clients and members. The desire to engage their leadership team in the process of creating a shared understanding of the organization’s DNA led them to approach us for an overhaul of their brand messaging.
The new messaging spiraled out from the core conviction, which served as the brand platform: Organizations excel — economically as well as culturally — when they invest in the health of their employees. This conviction recognized the critical importance of proper valuation beyond the dollars and cents, speaking to broader effects that wellness has on the overall company and employee experience. We paired the messaging with the tagline It Works, establishing a clear throughline marked by knowledge and experience.
Armed with these tools, we embarked on a website redesign. It is bold and dynamic with an emphasis on using dynamic photography, setting the tone for the transparency and ease of information provided throughout the rest of the site. With modern and engaging design, and easy navigation with engaging, relevant information throughout, the site we created acts as a hub for education in the workplace wellness sphere, and positions Interactive Health as innovators and thought leaders.
