Rooted in a rich history of transformation following the Chicago Fire, the River North neighborhood has evolved into a stylish and in-demand district of art galleries, studios, dining and nightlife. A hot spot for both residents and visitors alike, the neighborhood boasts an energetic atmosphere, attracting confident and sophisticated individuals from around the world.

Inspired by this robust narrative of art and renewal, Ascend Real Estate Group partnered with FitzGerald Associates Architects and Gary Lee Partners to boldly conceptualize Superior House in its own prestigious enclave of this vibrant neighborhood. Through the limited edition offering of 34 luxury condominium residences, all designed as corner units with expansive balconies per floor, Superior House reinterprets River North luxury living.

As branding partner, Otherwise conceived every aspect of the Superior House brand experience, focusing on an audience of urban sophisticates that understands and appreciates exceptional living for a precious few. Emanating from the name itself and the refined visual identity, Otherwise crafted the elegant website, collateral system, advertising campaign and construction signage.
