Over a 3-year period, Otherwise built and executed an extensive integrated branding campaign to support Related’s sales efforts. The campaign began with the essentials of naming and visual identity for the trio of buildings, which emerged as The Grant, Adler Place and Harbor View. With our immersive efforts, we executed multiple major ad campaigns — across print, digital, out of home, broadcast and radio — along with collateral, signage, website, email marketing and direct mail.
