Roosevelt Collection | Chicago - Social Media Marketing

Otherwise developed an extensive social media program for Roosevelt Collection, a mixed-use property in Chicago’s South Loop, managed by Mi-Apartment Home. By establishing Roosevelt Collection as the lead resource for sophisticated South Loop residents, the social media program can lead new tenants—residential and commercial alike—to invest in the property. We established Urban Life, Collected, a regularly updated blog touching on the high points of the property and the surrounding neighborhood, emphasizing Roosevelt Collection’s prominent location and role in the rapidly growing South Loop community.

As with all of our social media programs, the Roosevelt Collection social media program relies heavily on contributions from the management team. Under the direction of the Otherwise social media team, Roosevelt Collection staff is learning firsthand how to develop content and how to promote that content. We firmly believe that social media is only effective when the voice is authentic and authoritative, and enabling the Roosevelt Collection management team to control their platforms is our method of building that unique voice.
