Otherwise’s landmark social media program for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Chicago, Magnificent Mile, has served as a trailblazer in the world of ultra luxury real estate. Building off the integrated marketing campaign we conceived for our client (including print advertising, collateral, website and barricade design), we have created a comprehensive, multi-faceted program that was deliberately designed to draw the online public into the luxurious lifestyle offered by The Residences on Michigan Avenue.
Simply Magnificent, the official blog of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Chicago, has evolved into Chicago’s greatest luxury living resource. In 2010, Simply Magnificent introduced discerning readers to luxury living in Chicago by focusing on events, art, philanthropy, dining and more. 2011 saw the development of “Life on the Mile,” shifting focus to the character on and near the Magnificent Mile. As The Residences nears completion, 2012 will shift to “The Living Residences.” Content will be focused on life inside The Residences, providing information about those who make the community unique.
The social media program also includes an official Facebook page for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Chicago to further amplify the presence of The Residences and to continue to build an engaged community.
