In preparation for NEXT 2010, The Invitational Exhibition of Emerging Art in Chicago that runs from April 30-May 3, Otherwise has designed a new creative campaign that includes print ads, website, emails, wayfinding graphics and show signage.

Otherwise has been working with this exciting Chicago start-up to bring its game-changing social media technology platform to companies in the wedding industry, including photographers, florists and event designers, caterers, planners, entertainers, venue representatives and more. MCZ Development website goes live, showcasing the firm’s award-winning work.

Otherwise has designed and developed the new website for MCZ Development, with a focus on highlighting the firm’s fully integrated menu of commercial and residential real estate development services.

Otherwise launches the integrated marketing campaign for Kilbourn Tower in Milwaukee.

Under the new ownership of NAJR Properties, Kilbourn Tower, a stunning 33-story condominium tower on Milwaukee’s lakefront, has Launched an integrated marketing campaign to promote the building’s recent makeover. With a new website, marketing brochure, advertising and direct mail, the campaign gives new energy to this premier project.

In 2008, Otherwise developed the branding and marketing materials for the debut of Below the Belt, the signature annual fundraising event for Women’s Health Foundation. We continued our support this year, creating all event materials including invitations, emails, microsite, signage and programs.

Our very own Nancy Lerner, Founder and Chief Strategist at Otherwise, will deliver a lecture at the Design Center at the Merchandise Mart entitled, "Building Your Brand By Learning to Listen." It is the third in a six-part year-long lecture series on The Business of Design, focusing on important issues of the day for Chicago's architecture and design community.

Chicago kicks off NEXT 2009, The International Exhibition of Emerging Art, with Otherwise Incorporated as its creative agency. Building on the branding work we began for the 2008 artfair, we created the announcements, signage, web design, wayfinding and maps.

Otherwise supports Chicago's designer community with branding work for the Merchandise Mart's DreamHome.

The Merchandise Mart kicks off DreamHome 2009, with Otherwise as its creative partner. Setting the stage with a fresh visual identity and "The Door is Open" tagline, we designed the banners, advertising, website/html emails and collateral, and provided the Mart team with a set of brand assets to continue to create marketing communications for the entire 8-month campaign.

Luxury real estate development on the Magnificent Mile in Chicago taps Otherwise as creative agency.

On the NW corner of Michigan Avenue and Erie, you’ll see the early signs of construction on the new Ritz-Carlton Residences—88 magnificent homes—in a stunning high rise designed by Chicago's own Lucien Lagrange that preserves the elegance of the landmark Farwell Building that has stood on the corner since the 1920s. With complete construction funding in place and a significant number of homes already sold, Prism Development has tapped Otherwise to help showcase The Ritz-Carlton Residences brand, including the creation of a new website and advertising.

Otherwise helps launch a new organic olive oil brand.

The founders of Tierra Madre California, a family-owned and family-operated olive oil company, brought Otherwise on board to develop their Tierra Madre brand. Working with longstanding environmentalists with a steadfast commitment to organic foods, Otherwise designed the logo and sustainable packaging for the company’s line of organic olive oils.

Milwaukee developer hires Otherwise to rebrand one of the city’s premier condo projects.

Under the ownership of NAJR Properties, the stunning 33-story Kilbourn Tower is undergoing a dramatic transformation, with help from Otherwise. The new logo, website, marketing kit, sales center and advertising will reflect the building’s elegance and commitment to providing "an elevated state of living."

Otherwise leverages not-for-profit and technology experience to develop endowment support website.

In late 2008, the Francis W. Parker School, a distinguished K-12 independent school in Chicago, began a project to fund their endowment by allowing students, parents and alumni to sponsor seats in their new auditorium. They turned to Otherwise to design and build the website that allows site visitors to select their seat, write the dedication, and make their payment. When the sponsorship site, www.supportfwp.org, initially went live, it also allowed visitors to purchase tickets to an endowment fund benefit concert starring Sheryl Crow that was held March 7th in the school’s new auditorium.
